Regular Invitation Letter

A regular invitation letter is recognized by many but not all Chinese embassies. If the embassy in your city accepts a regular invitation letter, please get the Sample Invitation Letter fully completed and send to Dr. Liangli Zhen (cs.zhenll@gmail.com), an executed letter could be scanned and returned to you in short time. 

Official Chinese Invitation Letter

For participants who need an official invitation letter to apply for Chinese visa, the following information shall be requested:

• Information form for visa
• Scanned copy of Passport
• Scanned Passport copy of the accompanying person(s), if any.
• Personal profile

Note: An official letter application usually takes 1-1.5 month(s), so please submit the information requested above before 09-Sep-2016, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application.
