Registration Procedures
- Fill in and submit personal information in the registration system here.
- You will get a Registration ID (e.g. 0673052138) and confirmation letter will be sent to your registered email address.
- Pay the registration fee by online Payease here.
- Reserve a meeting hotel room and pay the room charge here.
- You can check your registration info and payment status here.
Facilities Fee
The facilities fee includes:
- meeting rooms with wireless Internet access, A/V equipment and power plugs
- two coffee breaks
- a dedicated, staffed registration and information desk

Note:
1. Price changes occur at midnight Beijing time
2. In order to avoid additional charge for the foreign transaction fee, the registration fee is amended as equal CNY.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before 1 September, 2016: 100% refund
- Cancellations on or after 1 September, 2016 and before 7 October, 2016: 70% refund
- Cancellations on or after 7 October: No refund
Note: the refund will be subject to bank commission charges of around 3.5% for foreign card and 0.5% for Chinese domestic card transaction.
